Delivery P&P is free with every purchase of Osentia®.
Every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, but time of delivery shall not be binding and Crescent Ops Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly from any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from Crescent Ops Ltd to the customer upon delivery to the customer.
Samples should be returned to us as soon as possible after collection, ideally within 48 hours.
Every reasonable effort will be made to analyse your sample and issue a report on the results. If you have not followed the User Instructions or correctly completed the Test Order Form, we may be unable to process your sample.
After your test sample has been processed we will forward you the results by email or in writing. Your test results should be delivered within 7 working days of us receiving your sample. Any dates quoted for the delivery of the test results are approximate only and Crescent Ops Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the results. The test results may be delivered by Crescent Ops Ltd. in advance of any quoted delivery date.
Any damage must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of goods by the customer. When you contact customer services we will give you instructions on returning the products.
